Membership Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Buffets & More Membership Programme (“Programme”) operated by Buffets N More Loyalty Solutions Private Limited (“we”/“us”). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Definitions:
- “Member,” “you,” “your” – refers to an individual enrolled in the Programme
- “Participating Hotels” – see the latest list at www.buffetsandmore.com
- Membership Basics
- The Membership is individual and non-transferable. All benefits are valid only until the expiry date listed.
- Open only to individuals 18 years or older.
- Membership term: 365 days from issuance.
- A second membership can be purchased via the app (only) for family/friends.
- Communication & Consent
By enrolling, you consent to receive communications via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or chat, including marketing messages. If you provide information of others, you confirm you have their consent.
- Billing & Payments
- Membership fees are charged at enrolment, including applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable.
- Ensure billing information is accurate; we may share it with third parties for payment processing.
- Any charges for using the benefits must be settled directly by the member at the hotel.
- Using Your Membership
- Membership benefits are for you only.
- Always present your Membership via the app before billing to redeem discount or voucher.
- Only 1 membership can be used per visit/ table.
- Children: the Hotels policy will be applicable.
- Discounts & Vouchers
- Valid only at participating hotels/outlets, as shown in the app.
- Subject to reservation, availability, blackout dates, and hotel discretion.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, special offers, or Happy Hours.
- Vouchers are one-time use, non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be traded or sold.
- Programme Membership App
- The app displays your membership info, benefits, vouchers, and expiry.
- Access to the app is mandatory to redeem benefits.
- Keep your Membership Number, Password, and PIN confidential. Notify customer service immediately if your device is lost or changed.
- Liability & Force Majeure
- We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics).
- Benefits, terms, and conditions may be added, modified, or withdrawn at any time. All decisions are final.
- Membership may be suspended or cancelled if misused, abused, or operated fraudulently.
- Food & Beverage Benefits
- It is mandatory for members to make advance reservations directly with participating hotels. Hotels may deny benefits if prior reservation is not secured.
- Apply only to eligible purchases at participating hotels/outlets.
- Beverage discounts may apply to select drinks at hotel discretion.
- Blackout dates and exclusions apply (e.g., public holidays, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day). Hotels may have their own blackout dates, confirm the same at the time of making the reservation.
- Additional offers vary by hotel and are visible in the app.
- Disputes
- Disputes will be resolved by arbitration with the Hotel and Buffets & More.
- In case the Programme is discontinued, no financial liability exists beyond the Membership fee.
